I am committed to helping individuals live more fulfilling, meaningful, and complete lives. Often, we may find ourselves feeling disconnected from others and from ourselves, or we may feel like we’re unable to live the life we would like to live. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and empathic space where we can explore these difficult thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

I consider the therapeutic relationship to something to be cherished and will walk by your side as we do the work of coming back home to who we really are. My approach is tailored to best fit your needs and I will take a holistic approach when treatment planning.

Formally, I have extensive training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). ACT and MBCT are both forms of cognitive behavioral therapy that focuses on helping individuals become more present in the moment, and more accepting of difficult thoughts and emotions. I use ACT to help you develop psychological flexibility by teaching you new skills that will help you manage difficult emotions and help you take meaningful action towards your values and goals. I use MBCT to help you develop mindfulness skills, which can help you to be more present in your life.

I hold a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Northeastern University. I am a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and specialize in the treatment of anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma, depression, and relationship issues. Additionally, I have 10+ years of meditation experience including participating in multiple extended meditation retreats.
