Psychotherapist/Administrative Support

Every person deserves to have a space where they feel heard and supported. Therapy should be a space where you feel safe to explore, laugh, cry, and reach those goals you have been thinking about. I will work to provide a space that can feel safe, and together, we can accomplish this goal. Therapy is about exploration and understanding. Sometimes, we do not feel connected to ourselves, those around us, or activities that once made us happy. We can use the therapeutic space to discover how to bring fulfillment back into your life, as it is possible!

I enjoy an existential and psychodynamic approach in my practice and will work with you to ensure you feel like the captain of your treatment. The idea of meaning helps us to understand your life experiences to help you reach your goals. Additionally, I have experience utilizing Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness-based techniques, and I can use these approaches to support your journey. I also work to provide a space without a judgmental lens and will use compassion, at times humor, and honesty to help you get to where you want to get to. Whether you are looking for a space to change, heal, or explore, taking a collaborative approach will allow us to discover what you need with compassion throughout the way.

Each of us has a unique journey that brought us to where we are right now. I understand and respect the path that has led you here. You deserve to have someone listen and validate your challenges. Thank you for trusting me, and I look forward to connecting with you!
