Clinical Supervisor/Psychotherapist

Training Coordinator

Through many of my own life and career transformations, I’ve learned we all possess tremendous strength and courage and that our lives are filled with infinite possibilities. I have years of personal and professional experience in nurturing recovery from substance use and mental health concerns, as well as a wide variety of other life and professional experiences.

Ever since I can recall, I have enjoyed helping and listening to others when they are struggling. I view all people as worthy of kindness and compassion, and I believe we can all benefit from therapy; we are never truly alone if only we open ourselves to support from others.

As positive and happy as all that sounds, whether we are ready or not, we always experience distress and emotional, mental, or physical pains in our life. We can’t avoid or change the fact that we will all have occasional ups and downs, but we can change how we respond to our distress and our personal difficulties.

I want to help you fully experience and grow from exhilarating and challenging moments in your life. No matter your background or what your joys and struggles are, you are capable of learning to cope and finding a place in your life where you can be open, accepting, and free. By practicing mindfulness and engaging in collaborative therapy, in a safe and non-judgmental space, you can achieve your goals and experience positive change and growth.
