Curiosity and exploration are how I navigate the world. As a therapist, I use these driving forces, along with empathy and compassion, to work with you to help create meaning in your life. I aim to create a warm and safe therapeutic environment to explore what you need and where you’re going. Throughout this journey, I strive to work alongside you, supporting you as you create your own genuine and authentic path.

With a doctorate in clinical psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, my counseling approach is a unique blend of transcendental philosophy, feminist theory, and client-centered therapy. I also find that bodies can hold reminders of the past or hinder growth as we move into the future. Because of this, I integrate body-centered approaches to bridge the gap between your mind and body. These body-centered approaches look like mindfulness focused on identifying what’s going on in your body and then investigating what that means for your mental health. This combination of body and mind fosters a foundation for expanded mindfulness and allows me to embark on a journey with you, helping you derive meaning from your experiences and identify what you need to thrive.

Therapy is a sacred experience for me, and I am committed to honoring this by providing the safe space you need to process your experiences and emotions. I am eager to work with you and support your growth in this journey!

When I’m not working as a therapist or completing a psychological assessment, I can be found reading, walking by the lake, checking out a new musical or play, or cooking recipes I found on social media.
