Amid life’s complexities, you deserve a space where self-compassion and curiosity flourish, where every part of your identity is not just welcomed, but celebrated. I’m here to offer that affirming space—an oasis of emotional safety and empowerment where you can explore, center, and grow. I’m committed to creating a therapy space that feels liberating, empowering, and affirming. Your lived experience is not just respected—it’s centered in every session.

As a queer neurodivergent therapist, I bring a deep passion for supporting LGBTQIA, and neurodivergent individuals on their journey toward self-discovery and understanding. I work with individuals of all ages and folks seeking couples/relationship therapy. I have experience supporting those navigating life transitions, academic/work stress, neurodiversity, C-PTSD, perfectionism, anxiety, depression, dating concerns, sexual trauma, and relational trauma/abuse.

My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from somatic internal family systems, expressive arts, solution-focused therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. Together, we’ll explore how your body holds your experiences, learning to name and navigate your emotions with gentleness and curiosity while building new skills to support emotional regulation and creating the life you want.

Outside the therapy room, you’ll find me by the lake, indulging in my love for crochet, diving into non-fiction reads, and exploring the world of horror movies. Creativity fuels me, whether it’s through music, baking, or simply embracing new experiences.
