One of my core beliefs is that getting to know our own story—honestly and deeply—is one of the bravest things we can do. As a counselor, I strive to offer a space that feels safe, supportive, and is grounded in authenticity. I aim to provide validation, compassion, and understanding—while also encouraging growth and gently challenging you when needed.
Whether you’re seeking support for self-growth, personal exploration, acceptance, or just figuring things out, we’ll work collaboratively to find a path that feels right for you.
My counseling approach is influenced by Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Through this integrative lens, we will work together to understand the stories you tell yourself and others while making space to appreciate your strengths and resilience. When we better understand your unique worldview, I can more successfully create an individualized therapeutic space suited to your needs. I work with my clients to bring mindful awareness and appreciation to both the physical bodies and the physical spaces that we occupy. This approach helps to support greater self-compassion and acceptance—two foundational elements in my work with clients.
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Roosevelt University.
