Clinical Supervisor/Psychotherapist

Therapeutic Services Coordinator

My main goal is to create a therapeutic space that is safe and affirming, while forming an authentic connection to best support you. Whether you seek therapy for self-exploration, change, acceptance, or all of the above, we can work together to find your best path. I will collaborate with you every step of the way, challenge you when appropriate, and meet you with compassion and humor when needed – I’m a big believer in the therapeutic power of laughter!

My approach to therapy is individualized, intersectional, and super collaborative. This means I combine bits and pieces of different types of therapy and perspectives to create a unique space for each client, while focusing on your entire self, your story, and the intersections of your identities and lived experiences. I encourage my clients to mindfully engage, listen to their bodies, and to use a variety of methods to process and potentially modify thoughts, behaviors, and emotions.

I hold a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I am a licensed clinical social worker, specializing in the integrative treatment of adolescents and adults with anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), mood disorders, trauma-related disorders, disordered eating, life transitions, and relationship concerns. I am particularly passionate about working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community and neurodiverse folks, as I am a member of these communities.
