I am a fourth-year doctoral student in clinical psychology at Roosevelt University, currently providing psychological assessment services at Andersonville Mindfulness and Psychology. These assessments support clients in exploring a range of functional and interpersonal concerns, including neurodivergence (such as autism and ADHD), working memory and attention-related challenges, personality functioning, and mood-related difficulties.
As a therapist and psychometrist, I use a trauma-informed, integrative, and culturally humble lens to explore mood disorders and intrapersonal challenges, referencing skills from various therapeutic modalities, including Dialectical and Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Psychodynamic Therapy. I always strive to create a safe, affirming, and validating environment to help my clients explore their identity and feel more at peace with themselves.
Overall, I work to help individuals understand and appreciate the unique interaction between environmental, social, and biological factors as they contribute to their lived experiences. In other words, I encourage exploration by first helping clients develop a conceptualization of themselves to understand the impact of these bio-psychosocial experiences on their mental health. Working together we will explore treatment options collaboratively to determine the best clinical approach for your needs during and after the completion of your psychological testing services with AMP.
