In our therapeutic time together, I want to get to know you and build an impactful and trusting connection while creating an environment that emphasizes your understanding, validation, and hearing in whatever brings you to therapy at AMP.
I’m here to help you feel empowered to explore yourself and collaborate with you to create unique goals we can take on together. I strongly emphasize creating a judgment-free space for clients from all backgrounds and communities to benefit from. I strive to incorporate personal characteristics or strengths in our work together as you see fit.
I am a clinical intern receiving my Master’s in Clinical Psychology at Roosevelt University. As a pansexual therapist, I am aware of how important it is to have the environment to be your authentic self, while truly being accepted for who you are, at all points of life. I enjoy incorporating skills from various therapeutic approaches, like the emotional recognition of mindfulness or the cognitive work of CBT, to provide you with a diverse toolkit you can use as we learn what approaches benefit you best in your journey.
